The road is ready has launched Road Ready University, an online learning platform designed to help users get more out of their system.
The platform offers online guides and step-by-step instructions covering hardware installation, navigating the Fus1on dashboard and interpreting trailer data to improve efficiency and uptime, according to a news release.
Users can complete self-contained training modules tailored to different roles, including installers, maintenance teams, fleet managers and executives. Maintenance facilities and outsourced leasing operations can also use the program to help equipment owners maximize the benefits of the system.
The training program is designed to simplify onboarding for new employees and help train fleet personnel new to the system. Road Ready technical support and fleet managers can monitor course completion rates to track user progress. Training progress is reported to fleets weekly.
